Well, here I am. Back to Fat Smash. I am afraid to step on the scale, really. Ugh! Oh well... the last time I did Fat Smash the weight just melted off. I just have to learn to stick with it - even when I am stressed. I am working on that.I bought a few insulated bags ($4 for 3 at the thrift store) so that Marty and I can always be prepared. I pack a lunch for Marty to take to work but always forget to take something with me when I will be out all day. Hopefully the bags will help me remember.
As usual, all meal are served with a salad, fruit of my choice, and cut fresh vegetables.
